These terms are between you and Firstfly Services Private Limited, trading as Sharan Digitech. By using sharandigitech.com you agree to these terms. If you engage us for a project, the written proposal or agreement for that project also applies and takes priority where it differs from these terms.

2. Our services
We provide AI implementation, IT consulting, website and mobile app development, custom software, cloud and DevOps, and digital marketing services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written proposal that you accept before work begins.
3. Pricing and payment
- All prices are given in your written proposal. There are no hidden fees: any extra cost (for example third-party licences, hosting, domains or advertising spend) is listed in the proposal or agreed with you in writing before it is incurred.
- Prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are due as set out in the proposal, usually by milestone.
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only started after your written approval.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, content and timely feedback, and to confirm that you have the right to use any material you give us (such as logos, text and images).
5. Intellectual property
Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, including your code, designs and content. Third-party components (such as open-source libraries, fonts, plugins or stock assets) remain subject to their own licences. We may keep general know-how and reusable tools we developed independently.
6. Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver our services, unless you agree otherwise or the law requires disclosure.
7. Warranties and liability
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
8. Use of this website
The content on this website is for general information. You may not copy, misuse or attempt to disrupt this website. Links to third-party websites (such as WhatsApp or Google Maps) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
