This website is operated by Firstfly Services Private Limited, trading as Sharan Digitech ("we", "us"). We are the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

2. What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you:
- Contact form: your name and email (required), and optionally your phone number, company, the service you are interested in, an approximate budget and your message.
- When you contact us directly by phone, email or WhatsApp: the details you choose to share.
We do not collect payment card details, government ID numbers or sensitive personal data through this website. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels.
3. How the contact form works
When you submit the contact form, your details are sent securely (HTTPS) to our own web server and emailed to our team at info@sharandigitech.com. The website does not keep a copy in a database. To stop spam, our server briefly keeps a one-way hashed version of your IP address for up to one hour.
After sending, you can optionally continue the conversation on WhatsApp. If you do, that chat is processed by WhatsApp (operated by Meta Platforms) under WhatsApp's privacy policy.
4. Why we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To prepare proposals and deliver services you request.
- To send you information about our services, only if you have agreed to it. You can opt out at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form or contacting us, and, where applicable, to perform a contract with you or comply with law.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers we use to run our business, such as email and messaging providers (for example WhatsApp) and hosting providers, and with authorities when the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep project and billing records for as long as the law requires. After that we delete it or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- access a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct, complete or update your data;
- have your data erased;
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing already done);
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity;
- raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.
8. How to request data deletion or access
Email info@sharandigitech.com with the subject "Data deletion request" (or "Data access request"), or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us the name, email or phone number you used to contact us. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Marketing messages
We only send marketing emails or messages if you have agreed to receive them. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe at any time by replying "STOP" or emailing info@sharandigitech.com.
10. Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities of a personal data breach as required by law.

For any questions or complaints about your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer at info@sharandigitech.com or +91 77150 60002. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
