Your first consultation is free. No payment is taken and there is nothing to refund.
2. Cancelling a project
You can cancel a project at any time by writing to info@sharandigitech.com. We will stop work and send you a summary of the work completed up to that date.
3. What is refundable
- Before work starts: if you cancel before we begin work on a milestone, any advance paid for that milestone is refunded in full.
- During a milestone: you pay only for work completed; the unused part of any advance for that milestone is refunded.
- Completed and approved milestones are not refundable.
- Third-party costs paid on your behalf (such as domains, hosting, software licences, app store fees or advertising spend) cannot be refunded by us, as they are paid to other companies.
4. Ongoing plans
Monthly support or marketing plans can be cancelled with notice before the next billing date. The current month is not refunded, and no further charges are made after cancellation.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval. We do not charge any fee for processing a refund.
